Thank you for your feed back and we're pleased to note you felt the service over all was efficient. We are, however, sorry that you felt the toilet facilities fell below the expected standard. We are constantly working to improve the experience patients have in the department and I have fed this back to the estates and facilities teams to help them improve the cleanliness of the facilities.
