Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this positive feedback. We are delighted that you have had a positive experience with our physiotherapy team and I have shared your comments with them.

The hydrotherapy pool is a rare resource which many other hospitals have closed down due to the cost of the upkeep. We use it to provide therapy for inpatients, outpatients and external groups such as children with special needs so, as I know you will appreciate, it is always in great demand. We try to always keep its use as equitable as possible for all service users and therefore unfortunately have to be strict with time limits for individual use.
