What I liked
I visited on Wed 2 January at 21.00, after falling nose first onto concrete. The receptionist was friendly. I was seen quickly and offered pain relief for the gash on my nose by a nurse. I was reviewed by a Clinical Fellow and then stitched up by a great nurse practitioner in minors. I was treated and discharged within 2 hours of arrival. Thanks to all for a quick service. All staff had a sympathetic and kind attitude and listened to me and my husband.
