"Staff were very helpful and friendly when seeing..."

What I liked

Staff were great at explaining what they thought the problem was and what they were doing. I didn't have to wait to get an X-Ray and felt very satisfied with their advice and help.

What could be improved

I had to wait a while to get seen and whilst I didn't mind waiting, it would have been nice for a member of staff to come and let me know that I would have to wait or that they would see me soon. I was tucked in a corner, and thought I may have been forgotten about - though in the end I clearly wasn't.
