"I feel that I had atrocious service from this service provider"

I feel that the service I received was absolutely atrocious. There was poor consultation regarding my care plan and I did not feel that I was involved in any decision making made on my behalf. My care co-ordinator lacked basic communication skills and seemed unable to discuss any problems or decisions without reference to her line manager.

I feel that this lack of care was the reason that I was readmitted to hospital under section 3 of the Mental Health Act (1983). I was under the impression that care co-ordinators/social workers were supposed to bring families/support network together. Instead my family believe they were lied to on several occasions and we believe that false information was passed on to third parties. All in all, the service provider (Assertive Outreach Team) failed to meet the needs of the service user (myself) and I believe they failed markedly to support my mental well being.
