(as the patient),

On arrival the receptionist were very helpful and directed me to the scan dept. After only a 10 minute wait I was called for my scan. As I was slightly nervous I asked if my mum could come in with me but was told no as they were short of seats. When I got in there I saw that there were about 4 empty seats. The scan itself was done efficiently and the staff were polite.
