About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Was sent letter to see a consultant. The appt didn’t take long to be sorted. However, I waited 2 hrs after appt time, due to the consulant not turning up for an hr.

I am sorry that you had a longer than expected wait to the see the consultant, unfortunately these things do happen from time to time due to circumstances beyond the hospitals control.
