"Fantastic care at children's outpatients"

My daughter has been attending children's outpatients for the past few years now and I have nothing but praise for each and every member of staff who works there.

The nurses are always very friendly, and always told her how much she had grown by (a big achievement for her!). They were very chatty to her before she had an exam coming up later one day, and instead of us having to wait in outpatients to get an answer from a consultant about her future care, they said they would ring us instead, giving her valuable time to revise.

The doctors always treat the patients as individuals and wherever possible will talk to the patient who knows most about the problem rather than the parents. They never seem to be in a hurry and always take their time, explaining anything they will be doing and what they know.

I would like to thank each individual one of them, but especially Dr Suri, Nurse Emma, and another nurse whose name I cannot remember (black hair?) who have been absolutely amazing with her care.
