What could be improved

I was invited to select an appointment between 4 dermatology clinics at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn. The only visible difference between them was the sets of initials: (DS), (CG), (GD), (SC). Are these consultants' initials? How does this constitute choice for the patient?

The other difference is that 2 of the 4 offer appointments in "about 54 days"; the other 2 say the waiting time is "unknown". Not very helpful.
