"Helpful and sympathetic with lots of support"

What I liked

I was referred to the breast dept following my mammogram. All the staff in this department were friendly, helpful and very sympathetic. A few days later I rang the dept to ask some more questions and the nurse was very helpful in answering them. I would like to mention a particular member of staff who has helped me with lots of support. Also the Consultant , every question I asked I was given a very precise answer and the procedures were fully explained.
