"Unhappy with treatment in A&E"

Have felt sick for the past 6 months or more, lost loads of weight, tired a lot more often and a whole range of symptoms:
Heart feeling like it's going to explode when I stretch / move sometimes
Feel like I'm going to pass out when I stand up sometimes and heart starts fast
Get the feeling of something travelling around me
Pain under left arm pit
Pain top of right leg
Pain in feet etc
Was brought into Manchester royal in an ambulance after my face started with spasms, eyelids were visibly spasming and couldn't breathe properly etc. I had a few cases of these "attacks" as the doctors are calling them although the spasms on the face were the first time.
Brought into triage and wheeled into the walk in centre, triage nurse didn't seem to care. Waited 2 hours (had turned my phone off). There was an announcement with my name to go to reception (main reception not walk in).
When I went back to the walk in they hadn't even booked me in despite the fact I was brought in by ambulance. They said they would put me in the system at a backdated time which was nonsense because I was waiting another 2 hours or so and MANY people who arrived after me were seen before me.
Got inside, all the nurse did was take my blood pressure and start talking about how it said on the system I was a cannabis user. (I had been honest several years ago and told them I tried it as a kid.)
She wouldn't let it drop and then she says, "I'm not happy with your blood pressure, have you been taking any other drugs." I was mortified, couldn't believe how ignorant she was. When I told her no, she said "oh well they will drug test you", referring to my GP.
I know she was implying I was taking heavy drugs because when I had previously been to A+E I was talking to an older man, when I mentioned my very high blood pressure for my age he straight up asked me if I'd taken cocaine. Obviously not.
Anyway I have given up hope in finding an answer to what sickness I have. I have propranolol now and I get all the symptoms still besides the chest flutters. (I have minor ones but not VERY severe like I used to.)
