My husband was at VIctory ward, one of the ward clerks was very rude to me while on my visit. I know the meal times are protected but i wanted to spend as much time as I could with him. One of the meals was served 15 minutes early and she told me to leave in a very aggressive manner.

I would like to apologise for the behaviour you experienced from the ward clerk. I will be speaking to her regarding this matter to prevent this happening in the future.
