About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

What I liked

this hospital is a big joke at times, one nurse in the department kept me waiting on purpose, and made comments, so i could hear them, even though ive been suffering and still in pain, the consultant told me i was dischanged from the department, they asked me questions but didnt give me time to answer them, and i still should be under the care of the consultant, but they just want to get rid of you, my partner wants me to take this further.

What could be improved

the consultants should listen more, every time you go hospital its a differnt consultant who all say different things, and dont really care about patients
