What I liked

I brought my 19 year old son into the A and E department with a huge agonising leg abcess

Just to tell you the team were fabulous. The nurses were like angels, gentle, very attentive to Joe's privacy and dignity, determined to minimise his pain. The doctors were efficient and excellent communicators and thorough. And the Matron floated in the background with an eye to everything. We were transferred to the care of a plastics team elswewhere, and were out in 2 hours.
