What I liked

I was very nervous about having facial surgery but staff were so kind & professional that I found the whole experience a lot less traumatic than I expected. They were equally kind when having my stitches removed. I didn't feel rushed at any of my appointments and felt I could ask questions about my treatment as a result of that.

Anything else?

I felt I didn't express my thanks enough after my operation, but would like to do so now.
