What I liked

CT department staff very pleasant although the waiting room was rather messy with it feeling a bit like sitting in a store room. Not especially pleasant as I was the only female waiting in my gown with 4 males all sitting next to each other.

Scan staff were good at explaining what would happen and how you would feel.

What could be improved

Following the scan my arm bled though the dressing before I got dressed and I had to search for someone to re dress it for me as no staff seem to be around.

Anything else?

My GP still has not got the report and has had to chase it up with the department which is 2 weeks after the event.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience - clearly this was not the best experience and I am very sorry for that. I too (as a female) would have been embarrassed sitting waiting in a gown and I am sorry you had to hunt for someone to re-dress your arm.
