What I liked

I had my first appointment for26th November which was running about a hour late then after another approx 40 mins a manger came down to tell us clinic was cancelled because the consultant couldnt get anyone to look after their sick child and that we would be seen the next week well its now the 13th december and still haven't heard a thing from urology despite the fact I chased it up once already, Thwe person i spoke to then was very helpful and could only tell me what they were told. And this is my forst experience of chase farm orignally i received 2 letters telling me to go to 2 different places at chase farm for my appointment

What could be improved

the letters that were sent out informing you of your appointment and why on earth wasn't the clinic cancelled before rather than have everyone sitting there for over hour and half
