What I liked

i am writing this regarding care of my father which i have issues with things like he wasnt washed or up by 1oclock the one day they hadnt even given him his teeth, also he was discharged at 11.30 in the morning and they collected him at half past midnight! he got back to his care home at 1 in the morning disgusted with his treatmeat he is 83 with phenmona! and this was unacceptable i have written to my mp also because iam so disgusted with his treatmeat he was pushed from pillar to post and was extremely stressed which nwill hinder his recovery not to mention the stress on my mother aswell very poor would not recommend warwick at all i will be taking this further.

What could be improved

well communication would be a start i must of herd i dont know a hundred times, his notes werent read properly either and i think staff need to speak with relatives a little more as we know him and his condition better than anyone.

Anything else?

i think maybe if you old and infirm they just not got the time to deal with you
