What I liked
The Irish receptionist from the A and E department in Chase Farm Hospital working at about 3:45 am on 9th of December 2012 was such a gentleman. He was extremely helpful to everybody and gave us an excellent customer service. I commend him and wish that I could thank him through this venue. Chase Farm Hospital is very lucky to him as member of staff.
