What I liked
I attended here in December 2012 and I cannot praise the staff enough. I was on C6 on the nursing care was exceptional nothing was too much trouble. They put me at ease, explained my operation and care i needed to take at home.
The theatre staff were very empathetic with an amazing sense of humour. I had never had a general anaesthetic before and I was very nervous I had a very warm welcome from the staff when I arrived in theatre. They put me at ease and were exceptionally caring.
So I would like to thank the consultant, the anaesthetist and nurses/odp's from the bottom of my heart. I cannot praise you enough for all of your help and care. Once again thank you.
What could be improved
The food. Bring back in hospital catering instead of warmed up slop made miles away!
