What I liked
Everyone involved with my knee replacement operation from intake nurse to outreach team. The whole experience was handled most professionally by all concerned and I really felt as though I was cared for wonderfully well. These people deserve praise especially in these days of negative criticism. Many thanks to every one concerned.
