"Physiotherapist who went the extra mile"

What I liked

My mother was admitted to gloucester ward recently.

I wish to pass my thanks to the team of staff and the young female physiotherapist who was so kind and patient, and persistent with helping her to be able to progress her walking. She gave my mother the reassurance required. She would go the extra mile to let me know of progress she was making even if she had already been with her in the morning and had other patients to attend to, she could spare a few precious minutes to talk to myself.
