What could be improved

A poorly managed hospital, it was like a Cambodian war zone. Bodies up against bodies coughing& spluttering, some with bloody dressings leaning up against walls. Not an inch of space to move. Patients queued up along corridors to to top of the stairwell to get treatment. Every corridor heaving with sick and elderly bodies. An absolute fire hazzard. Nurses still cheerful bot oh so tired and i was told this was a good day! This is the NHS system. an absolute disgrace.
