What I liked
I liked the nurses and the fact we had our own room and that i got to sleep over with my little boy.
What could be improved
The communication between nurses and the fact that drunk children who were kicking off were seen before my two year old son who had to wait hours to be seen because of this, also he had to listen to this behaviour which was unaccepteable when they were shouting and swearing there should be seperate areas for those people to be dealt with.
Also as a&e is next door to the childrens a&e u have to walk through the main A&E to leave the building where there is drunk people who arent co-operating and are being disruptive or are either in police custody this isnt fair that children hav to walk thru this on a friday night if they are ill and arent safe especially on a weekend, again there should be a seperate area and more security as when we were in the waiting room in the childrens a&e my son was playing with toys and the doors flew open and a man who was extremely off his head fell through them and nearly landed on my son luckily i caught him in time there should be more security to deal with these situations to ensure other peoples safety.
"i ws very nnoyed at the level of security but..."
