What I liked

I attended for an out patient appointment for secondary screening following a routine mammogram. I was anxious about this but was given informative and appropriately reassuring information and was treated with professionalism and sensitivity, with everything being carefully explained to me. Thankfully, like the vast majority of women, nothing serious was found and i have now been discharged but i have nothing but praise for the service.
