What I liked

I was admitted to the Breast Clinic after noticing a lump, after visiting my GP a very quick referal was sent through on my behalf. I was contacted very quickly a matter of a couple of days to arrange an appointment which was for the following week. I really appreciated the fast response and appointment.

On the day of my appointment i was nervous naturally, but all the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and reassuring. They were all smiling and the atmosphere was friendly (considering the circumstances). All the staff were discreet, professional, kind and sympathetic. I felt very much at ease and looked after during this nervous time. My tests were carried out throughly and professionally with the same kindness i had received since arriving.

The facilites were imaculately clean and presented in a welcoming manner.

I can not fault any area of the process and think Airedale staff should be rewarded for their efforts.

I was particularly reassured to know that the results would be given at my appointment and the Consultant was a pleasure to meet. His team is excellant at providing such a high standard of care.
