What I liked

porters taking me around hospital were great also the MRI staff also ancillery staff friendly

What could be improved

Rude receptionists, Only saw a nurse when I need to go home and then had to go looking. Staff need identification did not know who was who or what, not a very clean hospital have seen better

reception both telephone and hospital site rude and off hand, After waiting months for day case appointment drove myself a fair distance only to be told on arrival that one procedure could not be done!! Left to my own devices in a room with chairs like a lounge but could be used for treatments not told what was happening where I was going or anything. Fisrt visit to see consultant was awful they did not listen to me did not ask questions about my symptoms asked me to do some test and kept shouting at me that I was not doing them right I went straight back to my GP to see about going else where, decided to have the tests done. When I went back for results after horrendous waiting time all the consultant was bothered about was me not having one of the procedures done which was not my fault. Went back to my GP transferred to my local hospital what a difference.
