What I liked

Survived my ENT outpatient appointment without serious injury.

What could be improved

ENT are a particularly dire deparment at this hospital. Incredibly long delays before being seen would be acceptable if you actually got a decent amount of time with a consultant once your turn finally arrives. In fact my appointment lasted for only around five minutes and the serious problems with nasal breathing I've been suffering from were dismissed swiftly.
