What I liked
After suffering a push bike accident I injured my ankle and it was swollen, bruised, and extremely painful.
I was registered very quickly by the receptionist, who completely understood my condition and was very kind and courteous, without appearing too intrusive or intimidating.
Within the next 15 minutes, I was called through to see the Doctor, whom offered me a wheelchair- which I declined- and then she walked with me at my own pace.
The check was very thorough and well done, as well as quick, and I was sent off for an X-ray. I had to wait a further 10 minutes, and it was quite a walk for someone with my injury, but nevertheless I had the X-ray and was guided back to the Doctor, so that she could go through the results with me and have my ankle put in a cast.
What could be improved
Staff could have led me to the X-ray room, as I was only given brief instructions and asked to follow the signs. They were well-labelled, however I did feel a little intimidated when walking there by myself.
"A very pleasant and friendly experience."
