What I liked

I was admitted to the Surgical Assessment unit and following my operation stayed overnight in the day care unit. In all instances the staff both medical and support were professional, caring and cheerful. They could not have worked harder to keep me comfortable and pain free. Can I be assured that this information will be passed on to them otherwise could you give me an adrees where I can write to them.
