What I liked

The friendliness of the staff; nurses, doctors, cardiac specialist and those from the pharmacy. Each explained and talked everything through with me which made me feel at ease.

I cannot give enough praise to the way I was treated. Thanks to all of them.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your visit to our Accident and Emergency Department. The team have been working on improving communication in what is a very busy department and your experience goes some way to reassuring the team that their work is benefiting patients.
