What I liked

I attended the Endoscopy unit for a colonoscopy and was most satisfied with the whole experience. The staff were professional and friendly at all times. The cup of coffee as I waited

to be briefed on the results was most welcome. The specialist nurse who spoke to me was most kind and helpful whilst explaining the results and the way forward.

What could be improved

The dressing gowns provided were rather small for the portlier gentleman.

We will feedback your comments about the gowns to the department and ask that they look at this further.
