"Phlebotomist had time to recognise me as a person not a number"

About: Community Health Services / Phlebotomy

(as the patient),

I attended Halewood Clinic for my bloods, I was met by Debbie. She was very friendly made me feel at ease and got my veins first time the hospital are hopeless at this and it takes them a few trys.

We had a laugh and it never felt formal, she had time to recognise me as a person not a number. Keep up the good work, more staff like her is what we need.
