"Unable to contact antenatal clinic"

About: Leeds General Infirmary / Maternity care

(as a parent/guardian),

I have tried to contact the antenatal clinic on the phone, the only method of contact I can find on the website, and cannot get a response. Not really ideal when you need someone to speak with now.

Frustrating and concerning that there's no better service offered. The website doesn't show opening hours etc. Again, far from ideal.

Thank you for taking the time to comment – your comments have been looked at by Maternity Services. It will amend the website with the opening hours of the outpatients clinic. We have checked the contact numbers for each side of the city as advertised on the website and they are all correct and working. Maternity services do apologise for the delays experienced and will review the current provision particularly during busy periods.
