About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I went for a pre-op assessment of a cataract which confirmed I needed surgery.

I have just received an appointment for the op.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to the TRAQS Team. We are very pleased that you had a positive experience when using our new service and that you will soon be able to benifit from being able to see everything much better.

We are a new service providing help and support for the patients registered with GPs within the NHS Telford and Wrekin area when they require a referral to a hospital or community clinic for further treatment.

We value all feedback as it helps us to develop the TRAQS service further.
