"Help and dedication from keyworker has improved my life"

About: Ashley House / Recovery service

(as the patient),

I have found an improvement in my life due to the help and dedication from my key worker. He is a breath of fresh air, as a keyworker he has helped with personal matters in a professional manner.

He has always found time to listen to me, as I've not been the easiest client to deal with. As in the past I was let down and not listened to when I was in need. I find it easy to speak to my keyworker and trust him completely.
