"Parking"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

(as a relative),

There needs to be easier access into the hospital - it is such a huge hospital, it would have been impossible for my brother who has MS who can only walk about 20 feet without aid to get into the hospital, even having me come was almost impossible as I couldn't park near enough to get near enough for him.

It was the most stressful day and I worked in London for over 20 years and driving in London wasn't as stressful as my journey today.

I’m sorry to hear of your stressful experience when visiting our hospital. We are working with our partners to keep disruption to a minimum at QMC during the ongoing tram works. There are drop-off bays available around the hospital. Should your brother be returning to hospital for further appointments please do contact me in advance on 0115 969 1169 ext 76171 and I will advise on the most suitable car parking locations to ensure you can park as close to the building as possible.
