About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Unfortunately I was unable to obtain an appointment at my local hospital that is only 5 mins away (Princess Royal, Telford) and had to go to Rowley Hall, Stafford which is a 40 mins drive away. I was also unable to have an appointment at Shrewsbury which is 20 mins away. Otherwise a good experience, pleasant staff and minimal waiting time on arrival.

Thank you for taking the time to give feed back following your referral via TRAQS.

Unfortunately we are experiencing problems booking into local hospitals as there are no appointments available to book into for some specialities and have not been for some time. Work is currently on going at the hospital to try to resolve this issue.

TRAQS offers a Choice for patients, unfortunately this sometimes means that if patients wish to be seen sooner then they have to travel further to a hospital which has free appointments and not go to local appointments.which are currently operating a waiting list for outpatient appointments.

We are glad to hear that you were happy with the treatment you received at Rowley Hall Hospital
