About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My appointment at they Eye Infirmary was for 3. 30pm, but I was called earlier than this. The staff were very helpful and the doctor I saw explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions, but she explained everything so clearly that I was quite satisfied.
