I was at a new psychiatrist appointment in Sept, at Inverleith Unit Edinburgh.
The doctor put on my notes that I had good speech and good eye contact and that I wasn't depressed, which I can't be happy about as I am actively suicidal and a self harmer.
The mental health professionals need to stop reading from books and get real experience of mental health issues. I told him about my daily thoughts of setting myself on fire and just wanting to die.
I would have been better talking to myself, I would get a better answer.
