What I liked

I was in the Day Surgery department for a Hernia repair. All the staff, from the receptionist to the surgeon that carried out the procedure were efficient, polite and friendly. They kept me informed of what was happening and what was going to happen, cannot fault the staff at all.

What could be improved

The waiting time from getting changed to actually been taken to theatre seemed a little long.
