What could be improved

The department list in the feedback process does not include radiology.

Anything else?

I was referred to PRH for an urgent CT scan. Five weeks later and they still haven't reported tback to my consultant, even after the consuultant's secretary making numerous requests.

The nursing and technical staff seem to be trying to do the best they can but are being severely let down by very poor admin and clerical services.
