What I liked

I recently had a first consultation in the gynaecology department. The consultant who saw me was kind and considerate. She also listened to and answered my questions.

I was referred for an ultrasound and was pleasantly surprised to be offered an appointment for two working days later. They didn't keep me waiting past my appointment time, which was very important as I had the requisite full bladder! Again, the staff at this appointment were kind, considerate and answered my questions.

All in all, a very good experience - I was pleased that I referred my care here from a neighbouring hospital, not least because it meant I could be seen three weeks sooner.

What could be improved
