What I liked

I only visted for a blood test, I was seen quickly by friendly staff.

What could be improved

If I had had an appointment time I would probably have been late as the car parking facilities were atrocious.

Thank you for offering feedback of your experience. We're pleased to hear you were seen efficiently and felt you were in such capable hands.

We're sorry that you had difficulty parking on our hospital site. A new multi-storey car park is planned on the Watford General Hospital site as part of the master plan for the Watford Health Campus. Following planning approval from Watford Borough Council, the timetable for the completion of the car park is provisionally listed as 2014/15. This will also be linked to the construction of a new access road from the M1 motorway to the hospital. We are confident that these initiatives will substantially improve parking and access for all our patients, visitors and staff.
