What could be improved

I really must say i disagree with the comment that says the doctors ,consultants etc are very professional .

Nearly ever-time i attend this hospital i am left disappointed with staff behavior .

The last time i attended for an exploratory examination on my throat ,the behavior of the anesthetist that was supposedly looking after me was disgraceful .

I found him very rude to say the least , one example of this mans unacceptable attitude was he roughly shoved the oxygen mask over my mouth and abruptly said ' thats oxygen ' everything else he said to me was said in a cold unfriendly way ,like he was sick of his job or had better things to do .

I really felt this man did not think my problem was serious enough to be there or this is the way he made me feel anyhow .

I feel a lot of the staff at this hospital can be judgmental against patients or let personalities get in the way of doing a professional job which it is not their place to be like this , they are being paid to do a job and should do it to the best of their ability .

I feel this anesthetists behavior is typical of the staff at sunderland royal hospital and helps give it a bad name .
