What I liked

Around 11.00 pm, Sat.night, 14th July, I was admitted to Accident and Emergency in great pain after a bad fall. (catapulting over a small wall - No drink involved! ). I suffered a shattered elbow and broken shoulder.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff, doctors and nurses on duty that evening. They attended to me promptly, eased my pain and treated me with tender care and dignity sprinkled with humour! They broke the news sympathetically that I would need to be admitted for surgery (Oh dear I was in the middle of hosting a 'going away' party for a son).

A big thank you

and a big thank you to the doctor and his team for the wonderful surgery which enables me

to write this e mail.

Anything else?

Delay in feedback for bone density scan etc.
