What I liked

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional when I arrived for my operation. The waiting room and ward were clean and tidy. The Recovery Room staff were attentive and reassuring.

What could be improved

I was in a ward in the Modular Unit which was very cold on arrival and was difficult to find. When I was discharged I was left to find my own way out and carry my own bag despite being told not to do any kind of lfting or physical exercise post operation. I did not receive any clear advice about medication or post operative activity from the staff.

Anything else?

I feel that the level of cleanliness and clinical care is excellent and the staff are doing their best under difficult conditions.
