About: Warrington Hospital

What I liked

I attended the endoscopy unit yesterday and my whole experience could not have been better. Whilst not ignoring their evident highly professional skills and knowledge, it was the personal qualities of the doctor and their staff that most impressed me, particularly the 'little angel' of a nurse who talked me through the whole experience. The ability of all the staff at this unit to work well and remain calm under pressure, showing compassion and relating to patients in a courteous and helpful manner made my own experience so much easier. That this should be the case at a time of extreme pressure on the NHS, with constraints on staffing levels and pay, says so much about their very special human qualities. Please pass on my sentiments to all concerned.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback on our services. We've passed this on to the endoscopy team who will be delighted to hear that everyting went so well for you. We're very proud of the unit and are pleased you had such a good experience.
