What I liked

I have recently had a short stay in the Day Care Unit at the James Paget Hospital for a Hernia Repair operation. The care and attention received from everyone at the initial Consultation and since, has been excellent. Particularly to be praised are the hard working nurses and other staff on the Day Care Unit (Oulton Ward) and the Anaesthetists and Operating Theatre Staff, and particularly to the Consultant who performed the Surgery. Their prior clear explanations of the procedure to be carried out were helpful, and I found them to be an excellent and competent Surgeon. The Hospital staff deserve commendation for their efforts and clinical excellence.
