What I liked

The staff even though very busy were thoughtful, and checked on me on a regular basis. They informed me of all procedures before they did them and when i got upset they remained with me.

Thank you very much. I am to have more surgery in the next few weeks but have no issues of feeling worried about coming into hospital.

What could be improved

well I dont really know, more chocolates maybe! No really nothing you even supplied toiletries as i had been rushed in.
